The Eldeco SIDCUL Industrial Park (ESIP) is a 1,096-acre sprawling industrial park built under the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) format by Eldeco Infrastructure and Properties Ltd. (EIPL) and State Industrial Development Corporation of Uttarakhand Ltd. (SIDCUL) at Sitarganj. Today, it has become a major investment and employment hub with large-scale industrial activity in sectors like auto parts, food processing and capital goods. The park boasts of well laid out physical infrastructure, a common effluent treatment plant, a well-equipped fire station, a 220kva power station and housing and recreation for employees. With more than 20000 permanent jobs created in 100 active industries, ESIP has brought prosperity to this region.
