It was last year when I went for site seeing at Eldeco Ananda with one of my friend. And, it was like 'wow' for me right at first sight. I visited the place again with my wife. We were thoroughly impressed by the overall design, construction quality and attitude of sales people out there. I closed the deal pretty fast after that as I didn't want to lose this opportunity. Can hardly wait to move in once it is complete and possession is given to us.

Eldeco Ananda.... offers me the option of having a home with the infrastructure & facilities as per my specifications without having to go through the headache of putting it together. The size of the project-72 houses-makes it vey attractive & unlike a concrete jungle like the other projects. It seems to be a project in which a lot of thought has been put into.

I must congratulate Eldeco for the Utopia project, which has been executed so well. They have provided an exquisite dream house to hundreds who would have otherwise not even dreamt of possessing such a premium premise.
